Privacy Policy

How information is handled when you use the public InvestiaX website.

Effective date:

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

InvestiaX, a Delaware corporation, is responsible for the public InvestiaX website described in this policy. This policy covers browsing its informational pages and the website features that are actually available to you.

Separate notices and agreements may apply to a service, account, research subscription or transaction when it is offered. Browsing this website does not open an account, submit an enquiry or subscribe you to updates.

2. Information involved in browsing

When you request a page, your browser transmits technical information needed to communicate with the system serving it. This can include your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information and a referring page when your browser supplies one.

The systems serving the website can process technical records to deliver pages, diagnose errors, protect availability and investigate misuse. These records can be personal information under applicable law. This policy does not promise that browsing is anonymous or that no technical data is processed.

Do not include confidential business materials, identity documents, financial-account information or other sensitive information in a page URL.

3. Contact forms and subscriptions

A disabled form does not send or save the information shown in it. Opening an enquiry preview does not submit a privacy request, contact our team or create a CRM record.

If an enquiry service is activated, its form must identify the information requested and the purpose of the submission before you send it. Contacting InvestiaX is separate from newsletter subscription.

A newsletter email subscription requires confirmation before enrollment. A newsletter option is not active merely because a link or description appears on this website. No newsletter subscription is created by accepting these website terms or viewing this policy.

4. Cookies, browser storage and tracking

Optional analytics and advertising tools are not configured in this application. The Cookie Settings panel explains that current application state and does not save a preference or activate a tracker.

This statement concerns the application itself. It is not a statement that every browser, network, hosting or security service uses no cookies or other technical storage. Your browser lets you inspect, restrict and remove website storage; some restrictions can affect how websites work.

This application does not use cross-site advertising tracking, and does not change that application state in response to a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. This is not a claim that a deployed hosting service or another website has been audited for those signals. Material changes to tracking must be reflected in this policy and the applicable controls before activation.

5. Service providers and other disclosures

When the website is hosted, hosting, network and security service providers may process technical information as needed to serve and protect it. Following an external link causes your browser to communicate with that destination, whose own privacy terms apply.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or lawful process, or where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect legal rights or address a security incident. This policy does not authorise a new marketing, data-sale or advertising activity.

No particular processor list, hosting location or international-transfer arrangement is represented as verified by this policy. Additional personal-data services require their applicable processing disclosures before activation.

6. Retention and security

Technical-record retention depends on the system processing the record, the operational purpose and applicable legal obligations. This policy does not set a fixed retention period for an unidentified hosting or security service.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive information through an unavailable or inappropriate channel. A later service may have more specific security, retention and deletion terms.

7. Your choices and privacy questions

Depending on applicable law and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or portability, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent authority. The availability of a right depends on the applicable law; this policy does not limit a mandatory right.

The Contact Us page shows the contact options and their current submission availability. A preview or disabled form is not a working channel for exercising a privacy right. Do not treat opening or completing such a preview as delivery of a request.

A functioning privacy-request channel and any required verification and appeal process must be in place before public activation of personal-data collection. This policy does not claim that the present contact preview receives or processes those requests.

8. Children and sensitive information

The public website is intended for adult business and professional audiences. It is not intended as a service for children. Do not submit personal information about a child or sensitive information through a website feature that does not expressly request and support it.

9. Changes to this policy

The effective date identifies this version. Material changes will be described in an updated policy made available from the website footer. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, an update to this page alone is not a substitute for that requirement.
